The Accubid ChangeOrder software product training lab is designed to equip busy project managers with the knowledge and skills they need to generate accurate change orders quickly and consistently using Accubid System's ChangeOrder programs. Instruction takes place in a classroom setting using a method that combines demonstrations with a high degree of hands-on practical exercises to reinforce learning. Class sizes are kept small to ensure a rich and rewarding learning experience.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of training, participants will be able to:
- Effectively navigate the ChangeOrder program
- Navigate the item and common assembly databases
- Create new projects and CCN files
- Create and modify global and project defaults
- Accurately perform takeoff using available modes
- Competently work with takeoffs in the audit trail
- Understand the functions and features of the Extension screen
- Understand the closing screens and their functions (Direct Labor through Quoted Material)
- Understand the Totals screen
- Demonstrate the ability to create, review, and modify reports
Duration of the Course: 2 days
Who Should Attend: Chief Estimators, Project Managers, Management and Operational Personnel
Setting: Classroom, with dedicated computer workstations
Prerequisites: Students should be familiar with their Accubid software before attending the class
