This SQL-based, .NET, ODBC-compliant database includes spec-driven assemblies – with graphic representations – that are linked to over 1,000,000 items. Accubid's robust database is ready to use and includes labor units, labor factoring, labor tracking codes and cost codes built right in.

Dynamic Takeoffs & Designations

Material can be taken off via mouse with Enterprise's unique, icon-based Takeoff Pad and via on-screen takeoff using LiveCount®. Create smart assemblies on-the-fly where each component is automatically calculated based on length, count or any other variable specified. Graphic images assigned to items or assemblies are displayed during takeoff. Create designations – specialized equipment comprising multiple items as well as incidental components.

Analyze your B.O.M

Accubid estimating programs use takeoff breakdowns (e.g. Drawing, Phase/Floor, System, Area) in a multi-dimensional format, allowing you to view subtotals across breakdowns and in any order. You have complete flexibility and control – re-sort the extension and re-group the bid by any combination of breakdowns. Reassign takeoffs to different areas, phases, systems, alternate bids or separate bids and see the results instantly.

Accubid's Live Extension instantly calculates each takeoff in real time, as it occurs. With a single click, jump from the audit trail to the extended bill of materials.

Copy and paste pricing and/or bill of material information directly into the Extension.

You can also group the bill of materials in the best order to perform reasonable checks. Last minute changes are instantly reflected in the final price, preventing errors and omissions.

Live Bid Summary

Accubid's Live Bid Summary allows you to analyze components of the estimate using ratios and costs per square foot. Create multiple bid summaries or alternate bids, each with a different combination of takeoff breakdowns. Last minute adjustments, modifications, and ‘what-ifs' can be instantly accommodated.

Proposals

Accubid estimating programs feature customizable reporting for estimating, project management and purchasing. Highlight scope and detail by breaking down the entire bid by logical and physical aspects, and export to popular applications including Excel, MS Project, and ConstructJob, Accubid's project management system. Project managers can quickly create a preliminary construction schedule or e-mail material lists to suppliers. Final products can be emailed or Exported to PDF, CSV, RTF, Excel, HTML, or text formats. In addition to the powerful reporting available in the base product, Accubid Enterprise Report Centre (sold separately) lets you design specific reports and extract any bid information you may want.

True Multi-User Support (Pro Only)

Accubid Enterprise Estimating supports database sharing and multiple estimators in a job at the same time. Our true multi-user networking, allows the opening of multiple jobs and switching between them without speed degradation. Individual user profiles (including screen layouts) are saved and applied each time the user logs on to the system from any workstation.
